The Long and Winding Cabot Trail
It took about two hours to get into Cape Breton before we arrived at The Telegraph Hotel. The hotel hosted many people of previous high class society and it was quite a lovely place.They ended up messing up our reservation and set us up in their Motel lot, which was segregated from the hotel itself. Nice small room but we were hoping to be in the hotel itself... ANYHOW... we parked our car and hit the sack.The next morning we had a nice breakfast and went to quite an interesting antique store (I discovered Steph's thrill for the antique). The had many old keys, buckles, lights, books, locks, clothing, and even weapons. One part particularily stuck out ...

August 9th, 2013 - From Moncton to Birthdays to Halifax
Steph and I ate a hearty breakfast and hit the road headed to Moncton. From Ottawa through Quebec the scenery really started to open to us. We saw all sorts of wonderful and beautiful things along the way we had to start focusing on our driving instead of marveling at what we were driving through. As we entered New Brunswick we encountered many signs warning us of Moose crossing the roads. By this time it was already about 12:30am, the roads were dark and the only light that was guiding us along was our headlights. August 7th, 2013 - The Supreme Court of Veritas & Ivstitia
Ottawa is quite a city. A city I never really took the time to discover before. My good friend Sarah took Steph and I around the sights and sounds. We even went to Parliament and I took one of those photos where the eternal flame is burning and you see the big spire of Parliament in the background. Pretty neat stuff.Then we went on a tour of the Supreme Court of Canada. We were even able to wear the judge robes and prance around like idiots. I wore my shades.The Supreme Court is in a rather ominous building. Two statues, Veritas (Truth) and Ivstitia (Justice) were stowed away for about 50 years before being brought out of exile ...
